Consent to Receive Guardex Informational and Advertising Messages

By actively selecting the separate optional checkbox “I want to receive Guardex news, promotions, and special offers”, the User gives prior consent:

1. to receive advertising and marketing information;

2. to processing of the minimum personal data necessary for that purpose.

1. Sender and Controller

The sender of advertising messages and the Personal Data Controller is an individual applying the Russian Professional Income Tax (NPD) regime. Full sender and controller details are set out in section 9 at the end of this Consent.

2. Channels

Messages may be sent:

• to the Account e-mail address;

• through the official Telegram bot where the Account is linked to Telegram.

Advertising push notifications are not sent unless that feature is separately enabled with appropriate consent.

3. Content

Messages may include:

• discounts and promo codes;

• special offers;

• information about new Plans and commercial features;

• invitations to surveys and promotions;

• Guardex news of an advertising nature.

Necessary messages concerning security, login, payment, receipts, subscription status, maintenance, and changes to legal documents are service messages and may be sent independently of this Consent.

4. Data Used

Guardex may use:

• e-mail address;

• User ID;

• Telegram ID and chat ID;

• language;

• marketing-consent status;

• consent date, time, version, and source;

• delivery and unsubscribe information.

5. Voluntary Nature

Consent is voluntary, is not a condition of registration, purchase, or use of Guardex, and must not be selected by default.

6. Duration

Consent remains valid until withdrawn.

7. Withdrawal

The User may opt out at any time:

• using the “Unsubscribe” link in an e-mail;

• through an available Account setting;

• by contacting support@guardex-vpn.com;

• through an unsubscribe command in the Telegram bot where available.

Guardex stops advertising communications without undue delay after receiving the opt-out. Withdrawal does not affect service messages or an existing agreement.

8. Evidence

Guardex stores the User ID, communication channel, text version, date and time, IP address, and User Agent to demonstrate prior consent.
